1.) Cook at home
Instead of buying to prepared meals, try to cook for yourself and your family. You will be surprised on how much you can save. Aside from that you are sure how the food is being prepared.

2.) Cut your food in portions
If you are used to 3 slices of bread or 1 cup of rice on your meal, cut it into half. This will be very hard at first. But later on, your stomach will adjust to small portions of meal per day.
3.) Walk and climb up the stairs
One of the cheapest exercise is walking. It does not cost you a penny to walk one or two blocks from your office instead of riding a cab. You will not only save gas, you can also burn you fats.

Many people may not know this but cleaning your house is an exercise. Sweeping the floor, folding your bed, moving the tables and chairs, folding your clothes, moving your trashes, you name it. All of these can take up a lot of energy and burn fats. Now, that’s hitting two birds in one stone.

It is very important to stay motivated. Find a buddy who is also trying to lose weight and agree to help each other to stick to your goals. Try to compete among each other and see who gets the biggest effect.
